Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items are not eligible for return.
- Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.
- Intimates, swimwear, and earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons unless faulty.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
Return Process

- Receive a Return Label: Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label.
- Ship the Item: Print the return label and affix it to the original package. Drop it off at your nearest shipping location.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Exchanges
