Do your own lashes at home or give lash-lift treatments to friends. Everyone from beginners to professional lash technicians will be able to work from the straightforward, 9-step instructions.

How to use?

Application Instructions:

Step 1:  Use the cleanser to remove any oil, dust or makeup residue from the eyelashes

tep 2:  Put the under-eye pads on the lower eyelids

Step 3:  Apply the glue to the back of the lash lift pads, wait for 20 seconds, then put them on your eyelids. As close to your lash line as possible.

Step 4:  Apply the glue to the front of the lash lift pads.

Top Tip: No need to put too much glue, it needs to wait for 30-60 seconds then put               the lashes on.

Step 5:  Use a Y brush to lift the lashes from the root back onto the pads. The lashes should be aligned and not crossing each other.

Step 6:  Apply the perming lotion #1 to the eyelashes. Then cover the eyes with plastic wrap and leave for 10 minutes.

Step 7:  Remove the perm lotion #1 with Y brush , then apply the fixing lotion #2 to the eyelashes. Then, cover the eyes again with plastic                    wrap and leave for 10 minutes.

Step 8:  Remove the plastic wrap , and use the cleanser #4 to remove any product residue,with the Y brush ,wiping with the comb side.

Step 9:  Last, remove the lift pads from the upper part of your eyelid, then use the nutrition lotion #3 to nourish your eyelashes.

Aftercare instructions:

Apply the nourishing aftercare formula to your lashes once every 4–5 days.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items should be returned in the original packaging or an equivalent.
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items are not eligible for return.
  • Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.
  • Intimates, swimwear, and earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons unless faulty.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

Return Process

  1. Submit a Return Request: Contact our customer service team via email at info@kodelegance.com or through our return portal. Include your order number and the items you wish to return.
  2. Receive a Return Label: Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label.
  3. Ship the Item: Print the return label and affix it to the original package. Drop it off at your nearest shipping location.
  4. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@kodelegance.com.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order for faster service.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any shipping fees.
  • Please join any evidence supporting your claim to your request

Return Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective.

What payment methods can I use?

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service.

Do you offer e-gift cards for international customers?

E-gift cards are only available to customers shipping within the U.S.

How Do I Set Up A Subscription Order?

We will deliver products to you as soon as reasonably possible. Orders are usually dispatched between 1-3 days from the date of the order being placed. Please contact us our customer service team if your delivery has not been received within the dates described.

How To Return My Items?

We do not currently offer free returns to overseas customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.
