How to use the device:
Step 1: You need use a facial steamer or hot towel for 10minutes to warm your face and open up your facial pores.
Step 2: When you are using this device,please do not stay at one spot overe 3s。 Remember that move the machine around in a direction along the way(do not move back and forth)
Step 3: Please use a cold towel or cold mask to close your facial pores and after that apply face moisturizers.
Our normal delivery time is 1-3 working days, which is not 100% guaranteed. The normal delivery time is about one week. Due to some uncontrollable reasons, if the logistics are not updated in time, please contact us. After the order number is uploaded, we do not accept refunds due to the lack of updates in logistics. Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items are not eligible for return.
- Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.
- Intimates, swimwear, and earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons unless faulty.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
Return Process
- Submit a Return Request: Contact our customer service team via email at info@kodelegance.com or through our return portal. Include your order number and the items you wish to return.
- Receive a Return Label: Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label.
- Ship the Item: Print the return label and affix it to the original package. Drop it off at your nearest shipping location.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@kodelegance.com.
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order for faster service.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any shipping fees.

Can I purchase items with another currency?

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service.
Do you offer e-gift cards for international customers?
E-gift cards are only available to customers shipping within the U.S.
How Do I Set Up A Subscription Order?

How To Return My Items?
We do not currently offer free returns to overseas customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself.
